Global NutrITion 2004 An advanced training programme that combines an updating on priority issues in global nutrition with skills training in the use of information technology in academic nutrition training. The programme is organised jointly by the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences and Uppsala University with financial support from Sida. Global NutrITion 2004 has a focus on Africa, Latin America and South/Southeast Asia - a full list of countries from which applications are welcome in 2004 is found under "More details" below. Applications are invited from university lecturers in these regions who are involved in university level training of nutrition professionals. Brochures and application forms will also be posted to Swedish Embassies in the designated countries in August.
